EASY E-RECEIPT: E-receipt request

• To request an E-Receipt under the Easy E-Receipt 2.0 program, customers must submit their information via a designated Google Form. To obtain the form link, contact Levi’s® via chat on the platform where the order was placed:
  • Levi.co.th: Website chat box (bottom right corner)
  • Shopee: Levi’s® Official Store (Thailand)
  • Lazada: Levi’s® Official Store (Thailand)
• All E-Receipt requests must be made on the same day of purchase and will only be accepted through the provided Google Form. Submissions made directly through the platform's system will not be considered valid.
• The E-Receipt request period covers purchases made between 16 January 2025 until 28 February 2025. (On the date of purchase)
• All E-Receipts will be delivered via email according to the following schedule:
  • Orders placed in January 2025: E-Receipts will be sent by 15 February 2025.
  • Orders placed in February 2025: E-Receipts will be sent by 15 March 2025.
• The final date to submit or amend information for E-Receipt issuance is 3 March 2025.
• Customers are allowed one (1) E-Receipt request per order. Information edits may be made within three (3) days of the purchase date and must be requested and processed via the chat channel of the platform where the order was placed.

GIFT CARD:

• Gift cards can be purchased at all Levi’s® stores. (Except for Levi’s® counters in depa rtment stores, Levi’s® King Power and Levi’s® Premium Outlet) For store locations, visit us at https://levi.co.th/a/store-locator/list
• Gift cards are subject to a minimum purchase of 500 THB.
• Gift cards can be used at Levi’s® stores in Thailand only (except for Levi’s® counters in department stores, Levi’s® King Power and Levi’s® Premium Outlet).
• Gift cards must be presented to the cashier before payment.
• There will be no replacement if the gift card is damaged, lost, or stolen.
• The gift card is valid for 12 months from the card issue date. Upon expiry, any remaining balance shall be forfeited.
• Gift card is non-reloadable, non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash, and not for resale.
• The remaining card value will appear on the receipt paid with this card. To check your card balance and validity, please visit your nearest Levi’s® store or Levi’s® Outlet store.
